Provide services for the Dignity Health Children’s Dental Clinic and Community Screening program including, but not limited to, clinical dental hygiene services, screening and fluoride varnish application in community settings, oral health education, administrative duties and professional advisement and support.
Minimum Requirements:
Five years clinical dental hygiene experience.
Experience working with underserved populations
Graduate of an accredited school for dental hygiene
Current AZ Dental Hygienist license in good standing
BLS
Preferred:
Experience working with children, experience working in public health settings
Experience working independently as an Affiliated Practice hygienist
